Welcome to Talking Stage ("Talking Stage", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using Talking Stage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the service.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate account information.
• Not be prohibited from using online communication services under applicable law.

Accounts found to belong to users under 18 may be removed without notice.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Engage in hate speech or discriminatory harassment.
• Share sexually explicit content.
• Share child sexual abuse material or exploit minors.
• Groom, solicit, or exploit other users.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Spam, scam, or advertise products or services without permission.
• Send phishing links or malicious software.
• Share another person's private information without consent.
• Circumvent bans or moderation systems.
• Use bots or automated scripts to abuse the service.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.

Many conversations on Talking Stage are designed to be temporary. Users should not expect temporary chats to be permanently stored or recoverable.

Users may report conversations or accounts they believe violate these Terms. Talking Stage may:

• Review reports manually or with automated tools.
• Remove messages.
• Restrict features.
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts.

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.

Talking Stage may use automated systems to detect spam, scam links, malicious activity, predatory behavior, harassment, and Terms of Service violations. Automated systems assist moderators but may not always be perfect.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant Talking Stage permission to:

• Display it
• Store it as needed to operate the service
• Review it for moderation purposes

You remain responsible for anything you share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present a safety risk, abuse the platform, or attempt to bypass moderation. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

Talking Stage provides a platform for users to communicate. We cannot guarantee the identity of other users, that every conversation will be safe, or that every user behaves honestly. Use reasonable caution when interacting with strangers.

To the extent permitted by law, Talking Stage is not liable for damages arising from user-generated content or interactions between users.

These Terms may change over time. Continued use of Talking Stage means you accept the updated Terms.
